We have a strong team of designers, planners, and vendors that are as passionate as they are talented. With a combined 30+ years experience, our team works hard to ensure that your event is as perfect as you can dream it to be. Our standard of service is at a level that strives for no less than perfection.

JESSEE & SHANNON PEREZ
Owners

Jessee and Shannon were wedding photographers and all-inclusive destination beach wedding experts for more than 15 years when they decided to open their very own venue. With design and photography as Shannon’s background, and their combined years of experience providing beautiful weddings all over the beaches of the State of Florida, they chose Indian Harbour Beach to open their dream venue.

Shannon and Jessee have 3 daughters who you may see from time to time helping around the house. It’s a family affair!

Fun fact: Jessee is also a Firefighter/medic for Brevard County and a Commercial Pilot! (we call him the weather man because he calls it perfect almost every time).

BRIDGET DEMERS
Venue & Event Manager

Meet Bridget, our always smiling and inspiring Venue and Event Manger. Bridget is a transplant from Connecticut with a degree from Assumption University. After spending some time as a Conch down in Key West, then finally settling down here in Brevard, she joined the Harbour House Family in 2021. Lucky us! She has a gifted eye for design, keeps us all organized and brings the sunshine and rainbows to our day.

Fun Fact about Bridget: She is also an accomplished and talented Irish Step Dancer!

BROOKE QUEEN
Certified Planner

Meet Brooke, one of our preferred certified event planners. Brooke is a native Floridian, living her dream with her 3 Bulldog babies and Fire-fighter husband. Brooke has worked with Harbour House for almost 7 years and truly dedicated to our couples: Fun fact, she sometimes wears her wedding dress while cooking dinner.

FAITH MADSEN

Event Management Assistant
Faith is a Satellite Beach native who brings a refreshing energy and a passion for the details. She is currently finishing her degree in Hospitality and aspires to become an event planning professional and her dedication is evident in everything she does.

Faith's vibrant personality and love for the beach make her a perfect fit for our team. She always has a smile on her face and is eager to lend a helping hand. Not only does she excel at coordinating events, but she also has a knack for finding hidden treasures while thrift shopping.

Perhaps the most interesting thing about Faith is her adventurous spirit. Having traveled to 45 out of 50 states in North America, she has a wealth of experiences that she brings to the table. Her diverse background and love for exploration make her a valuable asset when it comes to planning and executing unforgettable events.

TIFFANY MATTA
Venue & Planning Assistant

Tiffany is our newest member to the venue family and has quickly demonstrated her value to our team. Tiffany is a native of Viera and close to graduation from UCF with her Hospitality and Event Management degree.

As our Venue & Planning Assistant, Tiffany is ready to provide the highest level of service to ensure that every event at our oceanfront venue is nothing short of spectacular.
