What is an All-Inclusive venue?

At Harbour House, have transformed and revolutionized the approach to the most important day of your life. At Harbour House, the stress and anxiety that most couples (and their families) would experience planning their wedding is a thing of the past.. We offer a talented, highly-experienced team of professionals including Certified Wedding Planners, Florists, Graphic Artists, Entertainment professionals, Caterers, Photographers/Videographers, Officiant/Minister, (just to name a few) that provide everything you need in one place.

You will have only the best and most experienced vendors in central Florida offering the highest standard of quality and service, but at a discounted packaged rate, truly making the experience one that will remain synonymous with the warm and fuzzies a wedding day should leave you with.

May I bring in my own food?

We provide a list of professional caterers that are sure to fit the needs of any event/budget however, in order to ensure the best service experience for our clients and optimal health/safety for any celebration and the guests, we do not allow outside home-cooked food.

Do you offer Military or First Responder discount?

Yes! We proudly support our Police, Fire and Active Military couples and offer a 5% up to $500 discount on our packages. Fun fact: One of our owners, Jessee, is a Firefighter Paramedic!

Do you offer a discount for booking a weekday?

Yes a weekday wedding is more economical. For our larger packages you will save up to $2000 for booking a Sunday-Thursday. Friday and Saturday rates are considered premium, with Saturday dates typically being most popular. Our elopement and intimate wedding packages are typically offered Monday-Thursday, but we do offer those on weekends in some circumstances when we have availability.

What is your alcohol policy?

The bar is typically serviced by the licensed/insured bartender provided by the caterer. The bar is charged per person and is based on whether you choose the base domestic beer/house wine or a full-liquor option which could include signature cocktails. We do not offer cash bar.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

Upon booking, we require a non-refundable retainer (each package indicates the retainer amount required to book). Payments are typically divided into 3-4 payments over the duration of your planning with the final balance being due 60 days prior to event date. Our cancelation fee is determined based on the timeframe/amount of notice given prior to the date and will be clearly defined in writing on agreement.

Will other events be scheduled on the same day?

We only schedule (1) event at a time no matter how big or small. Any booking at Harbour House will always have privacy and exclusivity. We want to ensure our couples/clients get the full private experience of a luxurious property on the beach all to themselves.

Does the venue only offer weddings?

We love celebrating! ANY celebration is welcome at Harbour House including Holiday Parties, private dinners, Birthdays, Bat/Bar Mitzvah’s, Graduation, Office Parties, Celebration of Life, …. You name it we can host it here.

Is this Venue LGBTQ friendly?

Love. Is. Love. Everyone is welcome.

Do you offer customization of packages?

Although our discounted packages are designed to fit most events and client needs, we know not all events are exactly the same. If it seems there is not a package that works perfectly for you, we suggest choosing a package that fits most of your needs and then you can add any service or item via a la carte. You can do this at any time after booking. You can also upgrade your package at a later date should you choose to do so.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash /check and all major debit and credit cards. We do not yet accept Venmo or any other cash apps.

What if it rains?

Believe it or not, rain affecting or causing cancelation of your outdoor ceremony is more rare than you may think. The old saying still holds true in Florida, “if you don’t like the weather, wait 15 minutes”. Usually, if it rains, it passes as quickly as it came. Should there be a threat of weather, or the off-chance we must relocate your ceremony indoors, we got you covered! We have a beautiful interior space safe from the weather, but still offering the dramatic ocean view backdrop you always dreamed of. The best part is, usually on those rare occasions a ceremony had to be relocated inside, by the time the rain passes, you can then go outside on the beach just as you planned for some most amazing portraits with the storm in the distance! So romantic!

What about parking?

Parking is limited at Harbour House, however we do have overflow parking within walking distance, and have our own courtesy shuttle that is FREE with any package of 40 or more guests. A parking attendant is present for every event. Harbour House has great relationships with the surrounding Hotels like the Hilton , Doubletree and the Crowne Plaza, some who also offer courtesy shuttle service, making it very convenient for your out of town guests.
