Harbour House is a private and direct oceanfront wedding and event venue located in sunny central Florida on beautiful Indian Harbour Beach. This unique slice of paradise hosts all events and celebrations from weddings and vow renewals, to corporate meetings and birthdays.

Owned and operated by the Perez Family, this property is the dream come true for Shannon and Jessee Perez after many years of providing award-winning high-end destination dream weddings all over the state of Florida. Many of those years, listening to the wishes of destination and local couples for a private venue on the sand where a couple can hang out, get married and reception all in one (private) place. It really didn’t exist. They decided to finally make this a reality and make it happen on one of the most sought-after beach locations on the East coast of sunny central Florida.

Harbour House is located on beautiful Indian Harbour Beach.  This pristine beach is typically quiet and free of heavy crowds. Very conveniently located just down the street from Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach and about an hour from Orlando/Disney Parks, it's a perfect place to have a quiet and private beach wedding, celebration or meeting, yet close enough to easily continue your Florida adventures!

At almost 8,000 sq. ft. of flexible space, this 2-story property features Key West Florida vernacular design with coastal elegance. This exclusive oceanfront property offers dramatic ocean views and breathtaking design, the perfect place for you and your guests to create amazing memories!

Offering multiple packages that accommodate the needs from the most simple event to the All-Inclusive events that make it possible to just show up and enjoy the property, leaving all the work to us.  We have experienced, certified event planners, beautiful unique and custom decor, 5-star Catering & Bar,  in-house fresh floral artist and so much more making every event one that will wow you in every way.
